starts off 2012 by launching this latest model of its big MPV (Multi
Purpose Vehicle) at the Sampoerna Strategic Square (9/1), South Jakarta.
The Toyota New Alphard, claimed to offer "royal" comfort, now comes with classy refinements to strengthen its position as a premium MPV. Several aggressive alterations include explicit lines on the front bumper, a front grille that features chrome finishing on its hood molding, a new fog lamp design, accessories in the rear, and a new alloy wheel design and size, now 17-inch alloy wheels.
Inside, the comfort aspect of the New Alphard has been enhanced with the application of darker wood panels and the placement of sliding and reclining buttons on the front seats' shoulder. Users' comfort also gets improved audio quality from Focal Premium Speakers. The additional 10 speakers with Beryllium tweeters and modified placements allow better clarity and more even audio distribution throughout the cabin.
The Toyota New Alphard comes in three variants, namely the 2.4-litre X, G A/T and the 3.5 V A/T, with four exclusive colours to choose from, namely Super White Pearl, Silver Metallic, Gold Pearl Crystal and Black Metallic. This latest Alphard's price starts at Rp.655 million, Rp.800 million and Rp.1.034.5 million, all on-the-road prices for Jakarta.
